Dr Ralph Mitchell who is a GP with a specialist interest in Sports and Exercise Medicine and a member of the British Society of Lifestyle medicine. He has over 10 years experience working in high performance sport.  He is passionate about disease prevention and aims to bring high performance medicine to patients in order to improve their health span (years of life living without disease) as well as their lifespan.

His goal is to improve your longevity and health span by tailoring lifestyle measures based on an initial health screen. He will focus on individual personalised strategies to improve quality of life and disease prevention and support you every step of the way in your journey to longevity.
