We provide a free eligibility assessment for patients to ensure they are directed to the most clinically appropriate treatment plan for their individual needs.

We know how important it is to spend time with our patients, that is why all of our visits at The Vesey  are face to face, unless you request otherwise.

1) Book a free appointment

Follow the link to our booking portal, select Medical Cannabis and select Medical Cannabis Eligibility Screening.

Select a date and time that works for you, it is completely free of charge.

2) Create an account

Complete a short set of questions and you will receive confirmation email and a detailed medical questionnaire via email. You can send us your detailed medical records directly or give us permission to get them from your NHS GP on your behalf.

You can sit back and relax and look forward to your consultation with our clinical team.

3) Eligibility Consultation - Free of Charge

Our clinicians will review your medical records in discussion with you and, if suitable, you will be invited to book a further appointment with the consultant specialist who will be allocated for your care. If requested we will happily arrange this step to be virtual.

4) Specialty Consultation - Face to Face

Our clinicians take a detailed look at your medical history and clinical condition and discuss options for your clinical management. We provide a detailed clinical management plan and if appropriate, we will make a recommendation to prescribe medical cannabis. Our clinical cannabis co-ordinator will discuss the outcome with you and give advise about how to administer medication, and how to ensure you have the most cost effective package of treatment that gives you all the care you require. We have a range of subscription models, which can make Medical cannabis care more affordable. Our coordinators are on hand to ensure any non-clinical problems are rectified promptly, and to help you get the best out of you treatment. This can include supporting you with a range of Vaporising devices from our partner PAX

5) MDT Approval

After your consultation, our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) supported by Sapphire Clinics, of doctors and pharmacists will assess whether medical cannabis is appropriate for you.

6) Prescriptions

If approved, your prescription will be sent to your nominated pharmacy, who will contact you to arrange payment and delivery, straight to your door.

7) Ongoing care

We have a range of cost effective subscription options that can make cannabis treatment more affordable.

Delivering exceptional care is our only priority. Our co-ordinators ensure support doesn’t stop at delivery.
