At The Vesey we strive to provide exceptional healthcare services to our patients. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and to respect the time of both our medical practitioners and our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy for appointments:
1. Appointment Booking: To secure an appointment for an initial consultation, patients are required to make a payment in full prior to the appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy: Once a payment has been made and a date has been scheduled for the appointment, our clinic enforces a 28-day cancellation policy. If a patient cancels their appointment:
i. If the cancellation occurs before the 28-day period, the patient may obtain a refund, minus payment processing fee’s.
ii. Any cancellation within 28-day period of the appointment is non-refundable, however may be moved to another date/clinician with greater than 48 hours notice.
iii. Any cancellation within 48 hours notice is non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling: If a patient needs to reschedule their appointment, we kindly request that they reach out to us as soon as possible with greater than 48 hours notice. Our clinic will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
4. Exceptions: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, our clinic may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy at our discretion. Such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and patients are encouraged to communicate with our clinic regarding their situation by writing to the registered manager or by email refunds@thevesey.co.uk.
5. Procedures: All procedures require advance payment to secure an appointment. Where treatments are multistage or contains multiple procedures, then payment for the first part is required to secure a date. The full procedure balance agreed is to be paid by the additional procedure date. Once procedure balances are paid these are non-refundable unless there is a medically exempt reason.
6. Refunds: Refunds meeting the criteria are at the sole discretion of the hospital management team. Refund requests should be submitted in writing or by email to refunds@thevesey.co.uk

The request will be reviewed with 5 working days, and if appropriate a refund will be issued, minus any initial payment processing fees. By adhering to this cancellation policy, we aim to maintain the efficiency of our clinic while ensuring fair treatment for all our patients.
